In the form of a stylized face, with two wide eyes on either side and a drilled hole for suspension through the back of the head.

Dimensions: Length: 18 mm (0.7 inches), Width: 13 mm (0.5 inches)

Condition: With losses to the suspension hole and minor surface losses, overall in good condition.
