Spread the cost of 6 month drain downs and annual service of your Swimspa
12 x £80.00 monthly payment (£960.00) will cover two Swimspa drain downs/cleanse with customer supervising and finishing refill of the swim spa. These spas simply take to long to fill and you dont want to pay us to sit and watch it filling!! (one every six months) the second service is our Annual Platinum Service. These two visits would normally cost £750 each, saving you over £500 anually.

Annual Platinum service includes:
- Flush added to Swimspa water and circulated (to remove the build-up of soap & oil deposits in the Swimspas plumbing) this requires a minimum of 1 hour. To include 30 minutes with the pump running & 30 minutes of standing water prior to a full drain down
- While Flush is circulating, remove the Swimspa access panel to visually check for leaks/faults, including pipes, heater, pump/s, whilst Swimspa is running. Any work, replacement, repairs required to be added to the final report
- Drain Down
- Wet vacuum out, to remove all the water and particles from the Swimspa foot well and low seating points
- Visual check of all jets, their condition and appearance, a note will be made for the final report regarding any jets that require replacement
- Swimspa shell surface clean, during this clean any damaged, discoloured or faulty controls, ie waterfall knob/lighting or main control panel faults, headrest damage or faults, will be noted for the final report
- Swimspa cabinet clean noting any damage for the final report
- Visual check Swimspa Cover and cover lifter (if fitted) for damage or fault. Swimspa cover cleaned and UV protection added, any further requirement to be added to final report
- Swimspa refill with fresh water (customer assisted)
- Filter/s deep clean with filter cleaner and aqua comb, a note will be made for the final report regarding whether the filter/s need replacing
- Swimspa water Chemical Treatment administered and final report issued to customer if any further work or recommendations suggested
